Privacy notice

What we collect

• What you type into our sample and quote form: your name, company, work email, phone, city, industry, the products and volumes you are interested in, and any notes you add.
• Your choice about updates: whether you ticked the box to receive occasional technical updates.
• Technical details of the request: the date and time, and the IP address it came from. We use the IP address to stop repeated automated submissions.
• Emails and calls: what you send us when you write to us or call us.

Advertising measurement: we advertise on Google and use the Google Ads tag on this site. It sets cookies and sends Google information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you sent a sample request after clicking one of our ads, so we can tell which ads work. If you arrived from an ad or a tracked link, we also store the campaign details from the link (for example the ad click ID and campaign name) with your request. We do not use other analytics or advertising cookies.

You can limit ad personalization in your Google My Ad Center settings and block or delete cookies in your browser. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

How we use it

• To answer your request: send data sheets, arrange samples, prepare quotes and follow up on them.
• To supply and invoice the products you order, and to keep normal business records.
• To send technical updates, only if you asked for them. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To keep the website secure and protect it from spam and abuse.
• To measure which of our ads and links bring useful enquiries.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process information only on our instructions:

• our web hosting provider, which stores form submissions on our server;
• Google Workspace, which carries our email and phone calls;
• Google Ads, which measures visits and sample requests that come from our ads;
• an email delivery service, if you asked to receive updates;
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.

When we arrange samples or shipments, we pass the delivery details you give us to the carrier and, where needed, to our supplier, customs broker or freight forwarder. Our team and some suppliers are outside the United States, so your information may be handled in other countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep normal business records, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires a longer period. Records of orders and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can stop technical updates at any time. Email us with “Privacy” in the subject line and we will reply within 30 days. We protect your information with access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is completely secure.
